Mwaffak Chikhali

Mwaffak Chikhali (Dr.Agr.Sci) holds a PhD in the ecology from Hohenheim University of Stuttgart - Germany in 2000.

Dr. Chikhali studied Biological Sceinces at the University of Damascus where he obtained a BA in plant ecology Sciences in 1989.

Dr. Chikhali works as a consultant in the field of  the management of natural resources and the environment.

Dr. Cchikhali founded FSOL based on a personal initiative and with self-financing and individual efforts. The first version of FSOL was launched in 2007 and then the second version in 2012 and this is the third version of the site.
